FULL-ON 2 DAY WILDLIFE EXPERIENCE

$340pp (backpacker/student card) $370RRP + fuel levy

Free pick-up from your Adelaide accommodation at 6.15am. We drive down the Western side of the Fleurieu Peninsula, before boarding the Sealink ferry at 9am. After the 45 minute ferry ride accross Backstairs Passage (good chance of seeing dolphins) we arrive at Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island around 10am.

ON THE ISLAND
Once on Kangaroo Island, we set off in search of wildlife and adventure. Our guides have the power to tailor the itinerary depending on the weather and the group. With Surf & Sun, you are on an adventure with a maximum of 21 people, giving us loads of flexibility and enabling us to visit the best places at the best times, on every tour.

ITINERARY
Day 1 – Wildlife Viewing and Adventure (L&D)

 

  • Depart Adelaide at 6:30am
  • Sea Link ferry to Kangaroo Island
  • Sand-boarding
  • Little Sahara
  • Photo time
  • Guided walk with the Sea lions at Seal Bay
  • Beautiful uncrowded Beaches
  • Sightseeing & fishing for freshwater crayfish
  • Nocturnal Activity; looking at Little Penguins
  • Enjoy the campfire

    Day 2 – Wildlife Viewing and Adventure (B&L)

  • Flinders Chase National Park
  • Remarkable Rocks before the crowds
  • Admirals Arch New Zealand Fur Seal Colony
  • North coast of Kangaroo Island
  • Stokes Bay
  • More photo time
  • More sightseeing
  • More beautiful beaches
  • Sealink ferry to Cape Jervis
  • Return to Adelaide at around 10:30pm
    Winter itinerary may receive free upgrade to 4WD & return dolphin charter boat

    Summer = Mid October to Mid May
    Winter = Mid May to Mid October
