About Beyond the Boardroom

Beyond the Boardroom commenced in 2007 as a part of Surf & Sun.  After years of providing corporate team building activities, Surf & Sun decided that a corporate brand, Beyond the Boardroom that was specifically designed to cater for small to large corporate groups would be a more suitable way to meet the needs of our corporate customers.

Beyond the Boardroom provides many MICE Tourism experiences, including Survivor Style programs, Adelaide's Amazing Race, Kayaking, Surfing, Abseiling, Rock Climbing, Orienteering, Bike Riding, Orienteering, Winery Tours, Team Games, Fishing Charters, Bus Tours, Camel Tours and more.  The activities can range from 1 hour to multiple days, including the organisation of flights through our sister company the Snow and Surf Travel Company (Licensed Travel Agent) and accommodation / meeting locations.

Owner Luke Talbot-Male has been involved in many tourism ventures, and has operated many corporate team building activities for companies such as Coke, KFC, Flight Centre, Port Power, Adelaide Crows, McDonalds, SEALINK, Elders and more.  Through Luke's leadership, Beyond the Boardroom is a professional, market leading company that provides personal and professional team building activities tailored to each customers individual needs.

Located on South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula with bases on Kangaroo Island, Marion. Middleton and an office at 187 Rundle St, Adelaide - Beyond the Boardroom have the knowledge and packages to look after all corporate incentive needs in South Australia.
