The Surf & Sun Out There 2 Day Kangaroo Island Wildlife Experience departs Adelaide at 6.15am where we pick you up from your Adelaide CBD accommodation. We drive down the Western side of the Fleurieu Peninsula, before boarding the SEALINK ferry at 9am. After the 45 minute ferry ride across Backstairs Passage (good chance of seeing dolphins) we arrive at Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island around 10am.

On Kangaroo Island

Once on Kangaroo Island, we set off in search of wildlife and adventure. Our guides have the power to tailor the itinerary depending on the weather and the group. With Surf & Sun, you are on an adventure with a maximum of 21 people, giving us flexibility and enabling us to visit the best places at the best times, on every tour.

Day 1 - Wildlife Viewing and Adventure on Kangaroo Island (L&D)

• Depart Adelaide at 6:15am
• SEALINK ferry to Kangaroo Island
• Prospect Hill
• Pennington Bay
• Sand boarding
• Little Sahara
• Photo time
• Guided walk with the Australian Sea lions at Seal Bay
• Beautiful uncrowded Beaches
• Sightseeing & Photo Time
• Optional Quad Bike Tour with Kangaroo Island Outdoor Action at sunset with Kangaroos
• Nocturnal Activity; looking at Little Penguins
• Enjoy the campfire

Day 2 - Wildlife Viewing and Adventure on Kangaroo Island (B&L)

• Flinders Chase National Park
• Remarkable Rocks before the crowds
• Admirals Arch New Zealand Fur Seal Colony
• North coast of Kangaroo Island
• Stokes Bay
• More photo time
• More sightseeing
• More beautiful beaches
• SEALINK ferry to Cape Jervis
• Return to Adelaide at around 8:30pm

You need:

Comfortable clothes & shoes, a water bottle, small day pack, sunscreen & a hat, warm clothes for the cold nights, a sense of adventure anything you would require for taking photos, hiking and swimming.
