Our accommodation is a converted shearing shed on the western end of Kangaroo Island......

Surf & Sun offer both options of sleeping in dormitory style accommodation or out under the stars in a Australian swag (bed roll with canvas and mattress).  Located at the Western End of Kangaroo Island – Surf & Sun stay at the Woolshed, a 500acre working farm that has 2 creeks, 3 waterholes perfect for mud baths and an amazing view of the Australian Bush land and wildlife.  The farm is home to numerous wildlife including Koalas in the trees next to the accommodation, Kangaroos, Echidna, Wallaby, Goanna, Possums and more.  The farm has sheep and cropping land growing Barley, Canola and Wheat.

Surf & Sun provide all linen, there is an inside and outdoor Camp fire and comfy couches, beautiful native bush land to explore and there is also double upgrades available – you just need to request this upon booking.

It is the perfect place to relax and unwind after an action packed Surf & Sun day.  Sit in the Hammock, read a book, catch some yabbies or marron (freshwater cray fish) or explore the bushland in search for wildlife!
