Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

48 hours to 60 days - 25% of fare

24 hours to 48 hours - 50% of fare

Within 24 hours - 100%

Itineraries

Itineraries are correct at the time of publishing and may differ slightly to those featured in the brochure. Our guides are encouraged to occassionally alter itineraries to best suit the group or weather conditions and itineraries may change in unforeseen circumstances.

Optional Extras

All optional activities listed are generally paid to the individual operator and availability is not guaranteed.

Prices

Prices are valid from April 1st 2011 to 31st March 2012.  Prices may be subject to change in unforeseen circumstances.  Prices are in Australian dollars ($AU).

Payment Policy

Payment is required to confirm a booking.  In some circumstances a deposit of 25% may be paid with the balance due 30 days prior to departure.

Minimum Numbers

Surf & Sun require minimum numbers to be met and tour departures may be modified or cancelled if minimum numbers are not met.  Surf & Sun will offer full refunds should we cancel a tour or will arrange an alternative tour if required.

Other Terms and Conditions

Surf & Sun reserves the right to charge a fuel levy if a large increase in crude oil prices affects local fuel prices.  Travel Insurance is NOT included but is recommended.  Participation in all aspects of tours is expected except for driving.  Some activities are weather dependent.

Privacy Policy

Surf & Sun may use your email to send you newsletters, specials or to invite you to join our social media pages.  You will have the choice of opting out if this activity with a noreply email at the bottom of our emails sent to you.  Any other questions please feel free to contact marketing@surfandsun.com.au.

Refunds and Returns

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.  Cancelled activities by the customer are subject to cancellation fees.  Cancelled activities by the customer may be exchanged for alternative dates / activities to the same value.  If Surf & Sun cancels an activity or tour a full refund will be issued.

Agent

Adventures Beyond Pty Ltd is the agent for Surf & Sun Pty Ltd and associated trading names and trusts and on your statement it may appear as Adventures Beyond Pty Ltd

Other Operators

Surf & Sun packages other operators as well as operates some tours independently.  Surf & Sun is not responsible for other operators and these operators may have their own terms and conditions.  Please see their own websites for more information.
